Once your order is processed we hand it over to the shipping company to ship internationally. In some very rare cases a country’s shipping policies may vary and you may be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax. This is often due to having a shipping address in a highly remote area.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?DOES PRODUCTS HAVE A GUARANTEE?
All products have a guarantee (guarantee lenght is various by product) offered from the date of delivery except in the case of perishable products or health and hygiene products. Defects caused by negligence, hits, misuse or tampering, wrong voltage or installation, or wear and tear, are not included. In the case of IT products, the guarantee does not cover virus removal, programme restoration or disc reinstallation. In the case of incidents where a claim on the guarantee is justified, the product will be repaired, replaced, returned, or have its price reduced, in compliance with the law.
The guarantee will be void:
– If any detail of the guarantee or the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced; and/or – If the identification number or the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired without prior authorisation by the Technical Service.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order and stop your shipment, you need to send us an email to info@technomazon.com. However, we inform you that, due to the high level of automation in the management of orders, the timescale in which an order can be cancelled may be short. The cancellation process is automatic and, for this reason, if the system does not allow a cancellation to be made, this will no longer be possible. Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before finalising them.
