Refunds for Defective Products
We offer refunds for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@technomazon.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos or videos.Return Process
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Return Authorization

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Refund: Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
